She's Wild & FREED Podcast

What is your body trying to tell you?

Jen Season 2 Episode 35

Send us a text

Our bodies send us signals all the time.  It tells when we are hungry.  It tells us when we are tired.  It tells us when we are happy or sad.

Sometimes we hear what the body is telling us, but we aren't really listening.  In this episode we reference back to a previous one in our 3 Cs series - Get Curious about your life, because today we are getting curious about what our bodies are telling us.

Your body has so much wisdom, strength and truth but you have to listen to the signals and be present and notice what it's saying.

I share 2 examples of when I heard the signals from my body, loud and clear, but I really didn't tune in to what my body was saying.

We talk about seeking medical attention, and seeking a second opinion.  We discuss other wellness practices that can also help you attune to your needs and listen to your body - Massage, Acupuncture, Therapy or a Health Coach.

This is a juicy episode.  I can't wait to hear what you think and how you are learning to listen to your body.

Stay tuned for next week when we celebrate the Summer Solstice with a FREED Om meditation.
