Stress is our constant companion.  I compare it to those little sucker fish that hang around sharks.  Always present.

Our body is an amazing thing and reactions to stress as it should by activating systems to keep us safe.  BUT constant stress or even low-levels of stress that are with us everyday can wreak havoc on our mind, body and soul.

We are going to school in this episode and getting educated on the effects of stress on our body and mind.  THEN we talk about ways to feed our soul and help alleviate stress.

This is a good one.  I can't wait to hear what you think.
