In this episode I share 5 things you can try on your Health journey.  As a health coach, I love to research and read about and experiment with different health related topics whether it be eating plans, exercises, shifts in mindset.

These are things that have worked for me, and as I state in the episode, you are the single authority on what feels good to you and your body.  So, I hope you find inspiration or ideas that spark a sense of curiosity and you try 1 thing.

Many of the tips and information in this episode are nutrition shifts - taking away or reducing some foods, as well as adding some in.  

As promised, since we are in the season of lot's and lot's of delicious foods, I am sharing one of my favorite recipes that you can prepare for a holiday meal.
